Sync Process Actions
This page describes the main actions you can perform on SyncNow processes, including activation, deactivation, and synchronizing individual entities.
▶️ Activate or ⏸️ Deactivate Sync Process
Deactivating a Sync Process freezes its operation, meaning it will not process any changes in work systems.
- Timer-based Sync: Upon reactivation, all entities changed since deactivation will be synchronized.
- Webhook-based Sync: Only changes occurring after reactivation will be synchronized.
If the process operates using webhooks, changes will be synchronized only from the time the Sync Process is reactivated.
