Activate or Deactivate Sync Process

Deactivating a Sync Process freezes its operation, meaning it will not process any changes in work systems. If the Sync Process operates on a timer, upon reactivation, it will synchronize all entities changed since it was deactivated.

If the process operates using webhooks, changes will be synchronized only from the time the Sync Process is reactivated.

Sync One Entity

This feature is useful for testing the synchronization of an individual entity or for syncing a single entity.

Sync from Processes Page

1. Navigate to the Processes page.
2. Press the Mapping Entities button.
3. Press the Synchronize button.
4. The Sync Dialog will appear. Select the source and target systems for synchronization.
5. Input the unique identifier of the entity in the relevant system.
6. Press the Synchronize button.
7. Synchronization will begin. The status and a detailed log will appear in the UI.

Sync One Entity from the Entities Page

1. Navigate to the Entities page.

2. Search for the entity you want to synchronize.

3. Open the Mapped Entities tab.

4. Press the appropriate Test Synchronization button.

5. Press the Synchronize button.
