Overview

Bulk Sync enables migrating entities from one work system to another efficiently and accurately.

Bulk Sync in SyncNow allows you to migrate entities between work systems using two primary methods:

  1. From Date Sync:

    • This method syncs entities based on their types and the date range within which they were updated. It allows you to select a specific timeframe to ensure only the relevant entities that have been modified within that period are synchronized.
  2. By IDs:

    • This method syncs entities by their unique identifiers (IDs). It involves using a CSV file that contains the mappings of source and target entity IDs. This is particularly useful for migrating specific entities or for bulk updates where entity pairs are explicitly defined.

These methods ensure flexibility and control over the synchronization process, enabling seamless migration and updating of entities across different work systems. Whether you need to perform a comprehensive update based on recent changes or target specific entities for synchronization, Bulk Sync provides the necessary tools and options to manage the process effectively.
