We are pleased to announce the release of SyncNow Version 2.5, bringing you enhanced features and important bug fixes that improve the overall functionality and user experience.

New Features

1. Sync of Images in Rich Text Fields
   SyncNow now supports the synchronization of images embedded within rich text fields. This feature ensures that visual content is accurately transferred across systems, maintaining the integrity of your data during the sync process.

2. Markup Conversion to HTML for Comments Fields
   Comments fields now support markup conversion into HTML, allowing for consistent formatting and presentation across different systems. This enhancement ensures that your comments are displayed as intended, regardless of the platform.

3. DevOps Gate Enhancement
   To prevent duplicate entries, DevOps Gate has been improved to avoid creating a new entity if a similar issue or problem has already been logged. This helps in reducing redundancy and maintaining a cleaner, more organized workflow.

Key Bug Fixes

1. Azure DevOps - User Name Issue
   Resolved a bug where the username in user fields was deleted if only the display name existed from another system. This fix ensures that user information remains consistent and intact across all synchronized systems.

2. Scripting Mapping Issue
   Fixed a problem where scripting mapping incorrectly blocked the deletion of script parts. This correction allows for smoother management and editing of scripts within your mappings.
